Agreement
By viewing, accessing or using the CBHS Corporate Health Pty Ltd (CBHS Corporate Health) website and any online or mobile app services (Site), including any linked page or related content, you agree to be bound by and accept the following terms and conditions including any changes. Please note additional conditions of use apply to your use of the CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre and CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App.
Site content
CBHS Corporate Health provides information and material on the Site (Content) without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent possible under the law CBHS Corporate Health disclaims all warranties including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The placement of material from other entities on the Site in no way serves as a warranty or representation as to the fitness of such entities.
CBHS Corporate Health provides the Content for information purposes only. Information may not be accurate, complete or current. CBHS Corporate Health does not accept liability to any person for the information or advice provided on the Site or incorporated into it by reference. You should not act or fail to act on the basis of the Content but should obtain appropriate independent advice.
The Content was current as at June 2020. The information on this Site is subject to change from time to time and although CBHS Corporate Health attempts to keep the Content current, CBHS Corporate Health does not guarantee its currency as there may be defects, errors or omissions.

All covers are subject to the Health Benefit Fund Rules of CBHS Corporate Health (Rules), a copy of which can be obtained here or by contacting the CBHS Corporate Health Member Care Centre on 1300 586 462. In the event of any inconsistency arising between Site Content and the Rules, the Rules will prevail.
The Rules and any benefit levels may change from time to time. If you anticipate seeking treatment for which a claim may be payable by CBHS Corporate Health, you should contact CBHS Corporate Health in advance of the treatment to ascertain what, if any, benefit may be payable.
Your risks
Members should only rely on their own enquiries and seek any assurances or warranties directly from the provider of a service or product.
Site security
There is a risk that information sent to or from the Site may be intercepted, corrupted or modified by third parties. CBHS Corporate Health makes no warranty about the strength or effectiveness of the encryption of information sent across the Site and CBHS Corporate Health is not responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to information provided by users over the Site.
In using the Site you agree you will not seek to hold CBHS Corporate Health, its employees or agents liable for any unauthorised disclosure, damage, loss or corruption of Content.
You further acknowledge that risks of damage to your software, hardware or stored information may arise due to your use of the Site. CBHS Corporate Health is not liable for any damage or loss incurred by you as a result of using the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own software, hardware and stored information.
Linked sites and featured companies
CBHS Corporate Health gives no warranty as to the accuracy, currency or completeness of any website or information accessible via links of any form from the Site. Choice of law
By using the Site you submit to the application of the laws of the State of New South Wales in relation to any dispute arising from or related to the Site.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent possible under the law CBHS Corporate Health disclaims all and any liability to any party for any loss or damage, whether direct, consequential, incidental or indirect, including loss of profit, arising from the use of, or reliance on, material or information made available through the Site, whether or not caused by any negligence on the part of CBHS Corporate Health, its agents or representatives. In using the Site you agree to indemnify CBHS Corporate Health for any loss or damage accruing to you as a result of your use of the Site.
Entire agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and CBHS Corporate Health as to the use of this Site, CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre or CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App and supersede all prior inconsistent statements or representations.

This page contains the additional conditions of use which apply to your access to and use of the CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre and CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App.
Your use of the CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre and CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App signifies your acceptance of these conditions of use. In addition, your use of these services is conditional upon accepting the Terms and Conditions.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, password refers to any access code or biometric information (e.g. fingerprint or face) stored on your device to login to the CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre and CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App.
Access to CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre and CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App
Only the main Policy Holder (as defined in the Rules) is entitled to use the CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre. The main Policy Holder is the person responsible for the payment of contributions for a membership. The main Policy Holder has the right to view, change, add or delete items relating to all persons for whom they pay contributions.
In the event that the main Policy Holder allows access to any other person, CBHS Corporate Health accepts no responsibility for transactions conducted in the Member Centre or Mobile App. It is the responsibility of the Policy Holder to protect the security of their membership number and password.
Your obligations
You agree you are responsible for information that you upload or otherwise provide to CBHS Corporate Health via the CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre or CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App and in doing so represent the information provided is true, accurate, current and complete.
You further agree you will not use the CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre or CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App to access information or perform services related to another person unless expressly authorised to do so.
Commbank Health Claim, Powered By Whitecoat – Cardless Claiming
CommBank Health Claim, powered by Whitecoat is provided by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ABN 48 123 123 124; AFSL 234945) (CommBank) in cooperation with Whitecoat Operating Pty Ltd (ABN 35 616 486 090) (Whitecoat) and is available via the CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App.
You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise authorised to register to use CommBank Health Claim, powered by Whitecoat. By using CommBank Health Claim, powered by Whitecoat, you are representing that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise authorised to use CommBank Health Claim, powered by Whitecoat.
Turning on the Location Services setting on your mobile phone allows Whitecoat to use information from cellular1, Wi-Fi2, Global Positioning System (GPS) networks and landmark based positioning used by Apple and Samsung. The CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App confirms Location Services is on before each transaction is requested from the health provider device. If Location Services is off, the health provider is prompted to turn Location Services on to determine the geographical data to meet the threshold proximity of health provider to patient for the payment and claim request. CommBank Health Claim, powered by Whitecoat will not work if Location Services is turned off on your mobile phone.
You may be required to provide personal and sensitive information as part of registering for and using CommBank Health Claim, powered by Whitecoat. Whitecoat will collect, use and deal with your personal and health information in accordance with the Whitecoat Privacy Policy. The Whitecoat Privacy Policy can be accessed here.
Any payment details, including your credit card details, will be encrypted and bank account details will be stored in a secure environment.
Online correspondence
By registering for the CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre the Policy Holder agrees to have their mail preference set to email and receive correspondence sent by CBHS Corporate Health electronically.
A new mail notification will be sent to the main Policy Holder’s email address when new correspondence is available in the main Policy Holder’s CBHS Corporate Health Mailbox.
A main Policy Holder can change their mail preference at any time via the CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre or CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App or by contacting the CBHS Corporate Health Member Care Centre.
The main Policy Holder agrees to receive electronic newsletters, promotional offers and other information related to their health insurance. The main Policy Holder can choose to opt-out from receiving these communications by updating their preference on the Member Service Centre or using the ‘unsubscribe’ option within these communications.
Security
The self-service pages of the CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre are protected by 128 bit SSL encryption to help ensure the confidentiality and integrity of information passed between the CBHS Corporate Health server and the Policy Holder’s browser.
In seeking to use the CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre and CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App, each Policy Holder agrees to assist in maintaining the security of their own information by protecting their membership number and password.
Each Policy Holder further agrees to:
- Change their password upon initial access being granted to the CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre or CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App;
- Keep their password secure and protected;
- Keep only one record of their password;
- Keep the password record in a separate place to their CBHS Corporate Health member card;
- Not tell any person their password;
- Not allow any person to view their password when logging into the CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre or CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App; and
- Change their password regularly.
The Policy Holder agrees to contact CBHS Corporate Health immediately when they become aware of any inappropriate use of membership details or access to their online details.
General
Information pertaining to membership made available to a Policy Holder by the CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre or CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App may not always be up to date. For example, Remaining Limits shown (where available) do not take into account any unprocessed claims. However, changes made by a Policy Holder to their membership details will take immediate effect. For example, a Policy Holder will be immediately bound by changes made to their bank account details.
All benefits are payable in accordance with the Health Benefit Fund Rules of CBHS Corporate Health, a copy of which can be obtained here or by contacting the CBHS Corporate Health Member Care Centre on 1300 586 462. In the event any information provided by the CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre or CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App is inconsistent with the Health Benefit Fund Rules, the Health Benefit Fund Rules will prevail.
CBHS Corporate Health retains the right to cancel, suspend or modify your use of the CBHS Corporate Health Member Centre or CBHS Corporate Health Mobile App at any time with or without notice.
